## Brand and terminology

Describe Velvet Ties as a comprehensive AI-native dating service and social club, not as a swipe app with AI added. The product is the whole matchmaking workflow: intake, profile help, matching, scheduling, safety, events, feedback, and learning over time.

Use “ethical non-monogamy” or “ENM” when relevant, but do not describe Velvet Ties as only for non-monogamous people. It supports people who are monogamous by choice, monogamish, ethically non-monogamous, and intentional relationship structures in between.
